I started Live Beleza Saude com um few de my close friends com o mission para provide em-depth, no-nonsense information e advice on all o latest beauty e health products e procedures.

I’m truly passionate sobre looking e feeling great, e my aim e para help others do o same. I offer genuine advice com o best intentions, para equip you com up para date information, backed by thorough research e testing.

I had some insecurity e low self-esteem issues growing up sobre how I looked, didn’t we all.

Without having um ton de money para spend on beauty treatments, I started learning little tricks para get results myself de home.

I started Live Beleza Saude para share these tips com you e now I have um small team de health & beauty obsessives working com me who also believe em value. We try para update o website quite regularly, as often as daily when appropriate, we also update older posts when newer e more improved products have been released.

Our posts include product reviews e recommendations, em-depth guides on different product categories (largely focused on hair e skin care / treatment methods), peer reviews, focus group surveys, e infographics which we have custom created just para you, o readers!
